  • Manufacturer Member: $1,900
  • Retailer and Distributor Member: $1,300
  • 3rd Participant: $500
  • Non-Member: $3,200
  • Spouse Ticket: $350 (includes CIA Gala dinner)
  • CIA Gala Only: $350

Cancellation Policies:

  • A written notice must be received by August 5, 2016
  • No refunds after August 5, 2016
  • Substitutions are accepted
  • A $100 processing charge will be applied to all cancellations
